III. Installation, commissioning and staff training for all new equipment, maintenance for all sold equipment, emergency eliminating as well as machine upgrading and improving.
We have 2 service centers both in Beijing and Shanghai, which are responsible for theafter-sale service for more than 400 machines of around 200 existing¡¡customers in north and south of China respectively.

1)¡¢Installation for new equipment

Installation, commissioning and operating training on site for our customers are guaranteed if only the machine is purchased from our company.

2)¡¢Maintenance for sold equipment

All our staffs and technicians will provide allaround service as soon as possible whenever problem occurs during processing . ¡¡We also communicate with our customers irregularly to realize the machine use£¬ maintenance and production details.

3)¡¢We will communicate with all customers frequently to find out the situation of our machines and production.

IV¡¢Adequate spare parts reserved
We have plenty of spare parts in reserve in order to guarantee emergent machine maintaining or spare parts changing
 
V¡¢Knife sharpening service
We have a knife-sharpening center in Beijing,¡¡which will provide you sharpening service at any moment.
